I got a AMD 7870 card for my PC and it came with a free Far Cry 3 and Hitman: Absolution. The Hitman code was for Steam and worked perfectly, whereas Far Cry 3 had a bit more trouble. You can do what you wish, they are your keys. However we do recommend keeping them somewhere in case that happens. I have seen Support extend activation keys for players in the past, but I am not certain when it comes to Steam versions. I bought Assassins Creed on Steam a few weeks back. I was able to play it fine for a few hours. I also bought Heroes of Might and Magic VI when it came out. I logged in with my username and password as always. Ubisoft kept telling me that i was going to have to start using my email to log in and that i should change my password. Now, when i tried to play AC3 again, i put my credentials in and it is asking me for actiavtion code, my heroes game is gone and my account name is NOT what it used to be.

I used to be able to log in just using my username (cmoyano) and password. After i switched to Email way of logging in, my games are just not there and it says I am a new user. I just lost two games that i bought because uplay most likely got their crap mixed up with something.

Cmoyano1984 was my other account, not my main. Everytime i logged in with.email address removed for safety. (my email), it would take me to this empty account.

When i logged in with username only, (cmoyano) it would take me to my original account with my games. So my question is, wtf happened here? I bought an AMD graph card recently and got a coupon for 3 games, one being Farcry 3 for the Uplay client. Started up Rocksmith 2014 on Steam. During the startup it made me make an account with Uplay. I added my pre-purchase gamekey. The game started just fine. After about 30 minutes of play Rocksmith gave me a message about enabling 'ingame steam community' stuff so I could enter the shop via Rockmsith 2014. So I did just that. Since I still couldn't enter the shop I figured it maybe needed A restart of steam and rocksmith 2014.

So I logged everything out and started steam and rocksmith back up. Then all the troubles started.

First Uplay didn't recognize my password (I am sure I didn't type it wrong because I use keepass = password software). After many tries I just recovered the password and made a new password true the uplay recovery system. But when I logged in, Uplay asked for my gamekey of rocksmith 2014 again!!!!

But when I try to enter it it says that this copy is allready bount to a different account!!! No. Uplay!!!!! I just bound it to MY account, the account I made 1 hour ago!!!!! So Uplay forgot my own gamekey! I can't get past the screen that says enter gamekey! Basicly I lost my game after exactly 37 minutes of play!

I received my Uplay Far Cry 3 promo code for the Never Settle reward and it's invalid when I try to input it at checkout. I've contacted Ubisoft support and they told me that somehow, the code I received has already expired. Also, according to Ubisoft, the promotion for Far Cry 3 has already ended, so AMD's website is wrong. I have raised a support ticket with AMD, also contacted their support email.

This works for me, however, when i try and proceed to the next step and complete the transaction i keep getting the message 'The Uplay Shop is Unavailable' if using the Uplay standalone software. If using a web browser it just crashes when trying to load the next page.

No worries, uPlay remembers the CD keys for all the games I activate on it, right? It remembers all my uPlay game CD Keys EXCEPT Anno 2070.
